Privy Poet’ Society: Vault To Myself

Privy Poet’ Society: Vault To Myself

The infinite sky
with the infinite stars
gives me the power to look beyond,
beyond the normalities of life,
the power to see that there is something greater than us,
with infinite boundaries.

The infinite sky,
gives me hope,
hope to believe that our worries,
tiny particles and there is a bigger picture to see.

the sky,
endless and beautiful
with its different shades
some delightful, some scary,
asks me, to appreciate,
the highs and lows.

The morning sky,
cerulean and glistening,
tells me that,
change is beautiful,
albeit your rays blinding someone.

And when I look at the sky,
I know, it longs for me to,
keep moving.

Synopsis: ‘Vault to Myself’ speaks about how we often get so consumed in our own troubles and problems that we forget that there is a bigger picture to see, that there is something greater than us, something greater than our tiny problems, something as great as the sky. The sky shows me its different colours teaching me to appreciate the highs and lows and the variations in my life, and the blue morning sky tells me that change is necessary regardless of it hurting someone. The sky never stops, it never stops striking its beauty, it keeps changing and it keeps moving and longs for me to do the same.
